NFC scanning isn't working
Make sure NFC is enabled on your phone and hold the top (iPhone) or back (most Android phones) of the device flat against the checkpoint tag for a second or two. Remove thick cases if scans keep failing. Note that phones without NFC hardware cannot complete runs.
I can't find any routes nearby
Routes are community-created, so coverage varies by area. Try widening the map view on the Explore screen, or be the first to create a route in your area using the in-app route builder.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app and go to Profile → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and personal data. You can also email us and we will delete it for you. See our Privacy Policy for details.
